How do I cancel or modify my subscription?
You can manage your subscription at any time through your Gumroad account. Click the "Manage" button on your plan, and you'll be redirected to Gumroad where you can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. When upgrading, you'll only pay the prorated difference. For downgrades, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What are credits?
Credits are the currency used for cloud image generation and text-to-speech. Each image generation costs 10 credits and each TTS generation costs 5 credits. Your credits refresh at the start of each billing period. Cloud chat messaging is unlimited on all paid plans and does not use credits.
What's the difference between plans?
All paid plans include unlimited cloud messaging, cloud image generation, and text-to-speech. Higher tiers give you more monthly credits (Starter: 2,000, Advanced: 5,000, Ultimate: 12,000), access to more cloud LLMs, and a larger context window for longer conversations.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes! If you run out of credits before your billing period ends, you can purchase additional credits at any time. Purchased credits do not expire and carry over between billing periods.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you run out of credits, you won't be able to use cloud image generation or TTS until your credits refresh at the start of your next billing period. You can also purchase additional credits. Local features and cloud messaging remain unlimited on paid plans.
Do unused credits roll over?
No, unused credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. Your full credit allowance is refreshed at the start of each new billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Gumroad only accepts credit cards. We are actively working on adding other ways to pay. All payments through Gumroad are secure and encrypted.
What is your refund policy?
We offer 100% refunds, no questions asked, within 30 days of purchase. If you're not satisfied with the service for any reason, contact support with your license key and we'll process your refund immediately.
Can I use the desktop app offline?
Absolutely! The desktop app works completely offline when using local models. You can download models and chat without an internet connection. Cloud features (like cloud LLMs, image generation, and TTS) require an internet connection.
