Hello and welcome to HammerAI! We've written these Community Guidelines to be transparent about how we keep our platform safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone. They apply to all content you create, upload, or share on the platform — including characters, stories, images, and conversations.
By using HammerAI, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. These guidelines supplement our Terms of Service, which contain the full legal terms.

Keep HammerAI Safe
Protect Minors
HammerAI is an 18+ platform. Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way is strictly prohibited. This includes AI-generated depictions. Violations will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
No Real People
All characters must be fictional. Do not create characters based on real people — this includes their name, likeness, images, or personal details. Deepfakes and non-consensual use of a real person's likeness are strictly prohibited.
No Violence or Harmful Content
Do not create or share content that:
- Encourages, glorifies, or instructs real-world violence
- Promotes terrorism or violent extremism
- Encourages self-harm or suicide
- Contains gore, bestiality, or sexual violence

Keep HammerAI Respectful
No Hate Speech or Discrimination
Do not create or share content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
No Harassment or Bullying
Do not use HammerAI to harass, intimidate, bully, or threaten other users. This includes doxing (sharing someone's private information without consent) and targeted abuse.
No Illegal Activity
Do not use HammerAI to promote, facilitate, or engage in illegal activity of any kind. This includes but is not limited to human trafficking, drug trafficking, fraud, and solicitation of illegal services.
Keep HammerAI Authentic
No Spam or Deceptive Content
Do not use HammerAI to distribute spam, misleading content, or misinformation. This includes self-promotion, promotion of other services, chain messages, and repetitive or irrelevant content.
No Impersonation
Do not impersonate other users, HammerAI staff, or any real person. Do not falsely imply that your content is sponsored or endorsed by HammerAI.
Respect Intellectual Property
Do not upload or share content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. If you believe content on HammerAI infringes your copyright, please refer to our DMCA Copyright Policy.
Keep HammerAI Secure
No Platform Manipulation
Do not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent HammerAI's security features, content moderation systems, or any other protective measures. Do not use automated tools to scrape data, send requests, or otherwise interact with the Services in unauthorized ways.
No Malicious Software
Do not upload, transmit, or distribute any software designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to computer systems or data.
Protect Credentials
Do not solicit or share login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account.
Reporting & Enforcement
Report Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please use the in-app report feature or contact us at hammeraiteam@gmail.com. All reports are reviewed promptly.
Enforcement Actions
Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, HammerAI may take any of the following actions:
- Content removal — the offending content will be removed from the platform.
- Warning — you will receive a notice explaining the violation.
- Account suspension — temporary restriction of access to the Services.
- Account termination — permanent removal of your account for serious or repeated violations.
- Legal reporting — in cases involving illegal activity, we may report the matter to law enforcement authorities.
Appeals
If you believe your content was removed or your account was actioned in error, you may contact us at hammeraiteam@gmail.com to request a review.
