We operate the website https://www.hammerai.com (the "Site"), the desktop application (the "App"), as well as other related products and Services, including but not limited to our communities on Discord and Reddit. Collectively the Site, the App, and all related products and Services are referred to as the "Services".

This Complaints Policy applies to all users of the Services, as well as non-users who wish to raise concerns about content or conduct on our platform.

You may submit a complaint regarding any of the following:

- Account Issues: Problems with account access, suspension, or termination that you believe were made in error.

- Copyright & Intellectual Property: For copyright-specific complaints, please refer to our DMCA Copyright Policy. For other intellectual property concerns, you may use this complaints process.
- Other: Any other concerns related to the Services that are not covered above.
3. How to Submit a Complaint
3.1 In-App Reporting
If your complaint is about specific content or a user on the platform, you can use the in-app reporting feature to flag the content or user directly. This is the fastest way to bring content issues to our attention.
3.2 Email
For all other complaints, or if you prefer to provide more detail, please email us at hammeraiteam@gmail.com with the subject line "Complaint" and include the following information:

- Your name or username (if applicable).
- Your email address.
- A clear description of your complaint, including any relevant URLs, screenshots, or other supporting information.
- The outcome you are seeking (e.g., content removal, refund, account reinstatement).

4. How We Handle Complaints
4.1 Process
Upon receiving your complaint, we will:
- Acknowledge: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 7 business days.
- Investigate: We will review your complaint and conduct an investigation, which may include reviewing relevant content, account activity, or transaction records.
- Respond: We will notify you of the outcome of our investigation and any actions taken. We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days of receipt. If we need more time, we will let you know.
- Act: Depending on the nature of the complaint, actions may include content removal, user warnings, account suspension or termination, refunds, or other appropriate measures.
5. Appeals
5.1 Appeal Process
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may appeal by replying to our response or by emailing hammeraiteam@gmail.com with the subject line "Complaint Appeal". Please include a clear explanation of why you believe the original decision was incorrect. Appeals will be reviewed by a different member of our team where possible.
6. Content Removal Requests (Non-Copyright)
6.1 Submitting a Request
If you wish to request the removal of content that does not involve copyright infringement (e.g., unauthorized use of your likeness, privacy violations, or content that violates our Community Guidelines), please email us at hammeraiteam@gmail.com with the subject line "Content Removal Request" and include:
- A description of the content and its location on the platform (e.g., a URL or character name).
- The reason you believe the content should be removed.
- Any supporting evidence or documentation.
6.2 Response Timeline
We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If we determine the content violates our policies, we will remove or disable access to it and notify the user who posted it.
